Based on two terms of 18 weeks/year:

  • January 30, 2012 - June 10, 2012

(Please note: There will be a $1.50 surcharge per month)

NSF fee $40.00
Late payment will incur a penalty on any outstanding balance of 2% per month.

Policies
Fees represent payment for the current session. No Refunds.
Cancellation of private or semi-private session must be given 24hours notice in advance, otherwise no credit will be given. If cancellation is less than 24hrs or for “no shows”, a charge of $15.00 will be placed on the account. Make ups are the responsibility of the participant and must be during the “make up week” or throughout the session, please contact me in advance to book them.

 *Non-refundable pre-registration deposit of: $25.00/1 class/week

CANCELLATION
  • IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT REGISTRATION IN SEPTEMBER IS FOR THE FULL SCHOOL YEAR OF 36 WEEKS.
  • "Grace Period" - There will be no refund of fees after the first three weeks of class. (Exception: In the event of an interruption due to medical reasons a refund may be offered if a doctor's certificate is provided.)
  • In the event of an NSF cheque a fee of $40.00 will be charged.
  • Late payment will incur a penalty on any outstanding balance of 2%/month.
